I Live Here

My wife Reyne and I live on Wright Road. Reyne is a second grade teacher in Sudbury. I have transitioned from a full-time career in K-12 and community education to part-time university teaching and other pursuits. We love lots of outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. Our two boys, Charlie and Dylan, went to the Concord Children’s Center, then to the Concord Public Schools and CCHS. They are young adults now, hard working and happy. Dylan is a rugby player with plans to go to business school. Charlie is pursuing a career in professional soccer.

I have Experience

I was Director of Adult & Community Education for the school district for three decades, and founder of the Concord Summer School. I now teach part time in organizational leadership at Northeastern University and lead programs for children and young adults at Hale Reservation, and work as a project manager at Wachusett Mountain<.

I Do the Work

I am committed to Concord and its public and non-profit organizations. I was President of the Concord Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the C-C Human Rights Council, Chair of the Concord Historical Collaborative, and a school representative to the Council on Aging. I was a founder and the incorporator for three local organizations, the Alliance for Teen Safety, CCTV access television, and the Thoreau Farm Trust. I am a longtime volunteer with the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association. I recognize how public and private organizations must collaborate in order to make our Town a wonderful place to live and learn and work.
